ll  VIBRATING SCREEN  ll          The Vibrating Screen is use for Separation of material in various size (as per your requirement). The rotary screen and vibrating screen are use in same purpose. However, in higher capacity and accuracy of product material the vibrating screen is necessary. The vibrating screen is normally manufactured one deck to five decks and the size is depending on capacity of per hour.   SPECIFICATION Body : M. S. fabrication , both side plate 8 mm thick M. S. Plate. Shaft : EN- 9 material. Bearing : Double Row Spherical roller bearing( SKF Sweden). Bearing Block : Steel Casting. Screen : Screen Steel wire as per IS-4454(Part-1, Gr. 1 of 1981.the screen   complete with M.S    edge. RPM of Machine : 1000 to 2800. RPM of Motor : 1500. Size of Screen : The size of screen are used the capacity of the project or Machine or   how need    material are necessary in per hour/ day. No. of deck : The deck are depend how many size of material are necessary.
